Appointments are strictly by prior arrangement only. To prevent a wasted journey, please do not attend without an pre-arranged appointment. Due to insurance and other regulatory requirements, I will not be able to see you without an appointment in any circumstances. In addition, I am not always present at my premises.

Appointments are usually offered on Mondays to Thursdays from 10am to 1.30pm during school term times, subject to availability.

Appointments usually take place in Aspull, Wigan.

*Please note that I am not always able to answer telephone calls immediately, and I do not have a receptionist.  As I will ask you to email a copy of your documentation, along with any covering instructions from your foreign advisor, prior to arranging an appointment or advising of my anticipated costs, email is the preferred, and most efficient, initial method of communication.
